Nice is a summer house of classic appearance consisting of 2 rooms: one spacious room ideally suited as a dining room or a living room (with a kitchen area combined) and another small room as a WC or a storage room for various tools and other gardening equipment. This log cabin could also be the ideal solution for an outdoor home office or a gym. It is made of 44mm slow-growing Nordic pine/Scandinavian spruce and comes with double-glazed windows which provide excellent insulation and perfect noise reduction. The Nica 5m x 5m allows you to enjoy your wooden house all year around.
The Nice cabin comes with 44mm tongue and groove walls and 20mm tongue and groove floor and roof boards. The design of the cabin is quite flexible: the opposite walls of the cabin are interchangeable, while each wall can also be turned around, allowing the front window and the front door to be switched around. Double-glazed windows and doors made of separate panes of glass are supplied as standard, which contributes to the cabin’s natural insulation properties. Alternatively, 5-chamber PVC windows and door can be supplied at an extra cost. In addition, 5-layer bitumen shingles of Premium quality black felt are also offered as an option for the roof covering.

This cabin is made from northern slow-grow conifer timber. This type of timber is much denser and thus it has a better natural protection from rot and mould.
Reinforced roof construction
Be sure of having a safe cabin. We use a triple-gable roof construction and (either) massive 130mm x 60mm roof joists. This also prevents the roof from sagging.
